CymbalSimon (a.k.a Simon Pooley) kicks the rock tempo to the max as the driving percussive force behind Mad Fox.

Some guys were just born to rock...and he’s one of them – though his early professionals gigs ( aged 12) were towards the “tea-dance” end of the spectrum... pace maker rather than rock til you drop beats...but hey every musician has to make a living!!!!

Also an accomplished Jazz, Funk and Blues player, Cymbal Simon brings his own unique influence to Mad Fox – mostly a mad influence.... but he is, after all, the Drummer!

No stranger to the “band in a van” tour, he has busked in France and Sweden, gigged in Holland and Greece, played in Norway and Germany and rocked in Paris and Rome!

Cymbal Simon as with all the other Members of the Band has other Projects on the go....he is currently working ‘Mad Jim McDonald’ in “McDuff and Co” who are soon to release their second Album, entitled “Tea and Creamcakes” and is always busy with various Recording projects.
